CCI Mechanical

Climate Control, Inc. was formed in 1961 by Edward L. Hill and Robert E. Taylor. Mr. Hill passed away in 1976 and Mr. Taylor retired in 1991. The current management team has basically been in place since the late 1970's.

The business of the CCI Mechanical is to design, install and maintain mechanical systems for commercial and industrial buildings. CCI's main areas of operation are Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, and Southern California.

The majority of CCI's business is a result of orders from repeat customers and it is our intent that we be awarded contracts on a competency/excellence basis, rather than on "low price."

Over the years, CCI Mechanical has been involved in numerous projects throughout the Salt Lake Valley including the Delta Center, American Stores Tower (now called Wells Fargo Tower), Johnson Matthey Titanium Plant, Sweet Candy Company, Skywest Concourse, Fashion Place Mall, Jordan Commons, Merit Medical Systems, Sportsman's Warehouse, MaIt-O-Meal, Kennecott Copper operations and Fairchild Semiconductor, just to name a few.

CCI Mechanical is very active in local and national trade associations and is a member of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. CCI intends to continue to be a good corporate citizen and to support the community.
