Industrial Piping and Welding Inc.

IPWI was founded in 1996.

We specialize in mechanical systems and equipment with an emphasis on welded piping. We work in a variety of markets from the heavy industrial to light commercial. We install chillers, boilers, process piping, set equipment, install structural steel, and complete projects from the civil work up.

IPWI has a commitment to Union personnel for the following reasons.

1. Union personnel are typically better trained, educated, and are professional in their craftsmanship.
2. We feel an individual deserves a fair wage, an opportunity for a quality retirement, and benefits that help secure a quality way of life.
3. Our union does not have limiting seniority issues. If an individual is not maintaining the proper quality and quantity of work, they are responsible for their actions and can be returned to the Union for additional training.
4. Union personnel are committed to a career in the Trade. This is not a passing fancy or a holding point until the next job.
5. There has been a recent implementation of the "Standard for Excellence". A formal program that monitors both union personnel and contractors so that we can insure the highest quality work from both a management and labor perspective. Additional training is made available to those few who fall short.
