Since its founding in 1985, KOH Mechanical has completed more than one thousand projects throughout the West. A full service mechanical contractor, our diverse experience includes new and retrofit, plan and specification, design build to a GMP, design assist. Specializing in commercial and industrial projects such as office buildings, institutions, medical, multi-family, central plants, and utility tunnels. KOH Mechanical projects completed include Intel RV-1, Stampin' Up! Distribution Center, Workers Compensation Building, and Woods Cross High School.

KOH Mechanical's 2008 projects are Timpanogos Regional Hospital Addition, Sweet Water County Hospital Upgrade & Addition, and Union Heights Office Building.
