Dear Larry and Members of Plumbers, Pipe Fitters, and U.A. Local 140,

We are deeply grateful for the $2,000.00 contribution that you made to
primary Children's Medical Center through your annual Golf Tournament. As you
requested, this generous gift will be used to further the hospital's mission of
providing medical care to needy children battling cancer, heart disease, cystic fibrosis,
birth defects, and many other illnesses and injuries.

Not long ago, one of our patients wanted to express her gratitude to those
who had helped her through her cancer treatments. Rather than beginning her
letter with the standard "Dear friends," she starts her message with "Dear Kind
and Generous. "

This child captures our sentiments completely! On behalf of all of us at
Primary Children's Medical Center, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for
being so kind and so generous to the children at Primary Children's Medical Center.
