UA Local 140 and the UMCA have settled a three year agreement, and our membership ratified it on August 19th, marking the third time that a contract agreement has been reached without arbitration in the last 50 years. Our membership also ratified a three year agreement with Pipe Fabrication. We look forward to many more years of continued cooperation and advancing our industry along with our Contractor partners.
